AVOID Fobbed off from the start
Ordered 21/11/22 took payment straight away. Had to email 25/11 as I hadn’t recieved a dispatch email (states 2-4 days for shipping) recieved an email
Back stating they will get back to me in 5 days, don’t a live chat on 28/11 where I was told my order was lost in the system and it would be reordered and sent out with next day delivery (free of charge) and stated I would recieve an email when it was dispatched, had to do another live chat 29/11 as I hadn’t heard anything, this time I was told it hadn’t been packed yet and could take a few days (what was there point of giving me next day delivery) later this afternoon I have started reviewing emails
Stating my items are out of stock and I will be refunded between 7 and 10 days. So by the time I get my refund they would’ve had my money (which they took immediately) for almost 3 weeks, Absolutley shambllic don’t orderOutdoor Wear
My team was selected as one of the teams to participate in a mountain race. We had many challenges and outdoor performance wear was one of them. Our initial contractor disappointed us and needed someone who can supply us as soon as possible as barely 72 hours was left for us to travel. Being an urgent matter we explored channels and discovered Monterrain from online as an outdoor wear supplier. We placed contact immediately, giving condition and they vowed to deliver within the short period available. I cannot say how they managed to process the order but our order arrived to us timely enough. I think Monterrain is a place to rely on for all outdoor wears and other products.
