    Tracksuit top and pants in wrong sizes

    I bought a tracksuit top and trousers from this shop, but they sent me the wrong sizes. I asked for a size 16 top and age 5-6 pants, but got the opposite. I tried to reach them via email several times to set up an exchange, but they ignored all my messages. It's really disappointing to see such poor customer service.

    Green woven running jacket

    I recently bought a green woven running jacket from this company and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I paid a total of £80, £74.99 for the jacket and an extra £4.99 for next day delivery. But despite forking out for quick delivery, the jacket never turned up. I placed my order last Friday and by Sunday, the status said it had been sent to Evri Company for delivery. However, there was no sight of my package. I tried contacting customer service via email but the responses were really disappointing. It wasn't until I messaged them on Instagram that I got a quick reply, big shoutout to Sally. In the end, they refunded my money. My advice? Definitely read the reviews before ordering from them.

    Tracksuit and t-shirt

    I bought a tracksuit and t-shirt from Monterrain which came to a total of £147. I had a big problem with my order because even though they said my stuff was delivered, it actually went to the wrong address. It was a real pain, especially because I got it for my son who has autism and struggles with learning. I gave proof that I never got the items, but after a lot of hassle, the company just told me to contact the police for help. It's really frustrating that they didn't take responsibility or care about me as a customer. In the end, I had to buy another tracksuit from a different shop to make sure my son wasn't let down at Christmas.

    Two items returned

    Yeah, so I got these two things from the shop, and then I thought they weren't what I wanted so I wanted to return them. I sent them back with proof of postage, but when I spoke to their customer service team, they said they never received it. I even checked with Royal Mail, and they confirmed that the package was delivered on the 13th of March! Monterrian still didn't trust me and refused to give me a refund. To be honest, I'm not sure if I'll shop there again. The customer service was awful, they just kept giving me excuses and not helping.

    As a customer, I was really let down by the service from this company. My first parcel didn't turn up, and when I tried to get in touch, the only option was email. But it took about 5 days to hear back, and sometimes, I didn't hear anything at all. The web chat didn't even work, and they didn't give a contact phone number. All this lack of communication and hard to reach them made dealing with this company really annoying and not nice at all. I won't be using their services again, that's for sure.

    I just have to say, the clothes I bought from that place were really bad quality. The logos on them started coming off after a few washes, making them look really cheap and not nice to wear. I suggest checking out another brand that values quality more than using cheap materials.

    I'm really let down with my experience with Monterrain. I ordered something three weeks back and still haven't got it. I haven't even had an email to say it's been sent or any reply from customer service about where my order is. It's so annoying not knowing and I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever actually get what I paid for.

    Charity donation order missing half the items

    I recently made a large order with this company for over £500 worth of items to donate to charity. But when the parcel arrived, I found that only half of the items were there. They say they have CCTV footage of packing the order, but I can't believe the missing items just vanished during delivery. I've now lost almost £250 that was meant for charity. The service I got was terrible, and I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company.

    I bought a t-shirt when it was on sale and I was really looking forward to getting it. However, more than a week passed and I still hadn't received it. I checked the tracking website but there were no updates. So, I decided to contact customer service. They told me that the courier hadn't picked up my item, and they had already processed a refund for me. I was annoyed because I wasn't told about this earlier. It's really disappointing to not get something you've been waiting for. I found the whole experience pretty embarrassing and I wouldn't recommend using this company again.

    Faulty jacket, unresponsive customer service

    I bought a jacket for my son's birthday, but it ended up tearing after just one wear because of a faulty press stud. I attempted to return it within the 28-day period, but the QR code on the receipt didn't work, and I couldn't get hold of customer service despite trying multiple times. Both the help@ email and customer service email bounced back, flagging me as potential spam for no apparent reason, even though I used a standard Hotmail address. I tried using the live chat feature, but after waiting for thirty minutes with no luck, it timed out. It's frustrating not being able to get in touch with anyone for help, and now I have no way of returning the damaged jacket. My son really likes your products, but this whole incident has left me feeling let down, and I'm not sure if I'll be using your company again.
