Bed Purchase
I recently bought a bed from this company, thinking it would look nice in my bedroom. But, unfortunately, the whole experience was really disappointing. I had seen some mixed reviews, but I still thought I'd give them a go - big mistake. The bed turned up with a broken part, which meant I couldn't use it at all. I got in touch with customer service, and they sent someone out to fix it, but they said it was beyond repair. They tried ordering a replacement part, but it came damaged too. And then they had the nerve to suggest that I should fix it myself, which I wasn't happy about at all. The whole thing was a waste of time and just caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping with this company in the future.
