Customer service, pricing, delivery outside UK
I recently bought some stuff from Urban Surfer and I have to say, I was really happy with their customer service. The prices were good too, and they delivered my order to an international location outside of the UK very quickly. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, which made it easier for me to choose what I wanted to buy. The prices were also pretty good compared to other similar shops I had looked at. Plus, the delivery time was quicker than I expected for an international shipment.
