Vitamin supplements
I used to be a loyal customer of this company, having ordered from them many times without any issues. However, my recent experience has been really frustrating and disappointing. I was trying to buy some vitamin supplements, but the website kept asking me for a code that was meant to be sent to my mobile phone. Unfortunately, I never received the code, despite trying several times. When I attempted to use the email option as an alternative, the website still insisted on the mobile code. I even tried to contact customer service using the form provided, but I received an error message regarding anti-spam measures. This lack of functionality and poor customer service has completely put me off ordering from them again.
