Shoes
My experience with the company wasn't as smooth as I was expecting. I ordered two pairs of shoes, but one arrived in a bad condition - the shoe box looked very worn. Also, the other pair didn't fit me properly. Despite these problems, I did appreciate the help I got from customer support in sorting things out. After some back and forth with them, I managed to send the items back using a shipping label they gave me. But, it took a while to get my refund, over 2 weeks in fact. It was only when I contacted them directly and left a review that they quickly responded and refunded me for the returned order.
