Dusty pink Gucci belt with pearl
I’m from Philippines. At first I was hesitant to purchase from Ssense due to the negative reviews I have read, BUT I just really wanted to try cause I love that belt so much and the size that I need is only found on this store.
I am so amazed for the speedy delivery. My order arrived right in my door step just two days after I placed it.
I appreciate their customer care services for they keep updating me about the status of my order and when I had an inquiry I got an immediate response from them.
I am so satisfied with the item. It is brand new and authentic.
I definitely order again from them.

It won't be wrong to say Ssense is giant in the market of online retailers and one of the fastest growing companies in Canda right now. That I can say on the basis of what I researched about the company before I bought a vivid range of products they sell.
I myself in product sales & distribution line for MNC based in London and appreciate how well the ssense function.
As far as the products, the clothes concern, it is distrbuted from various brands, trusted and acknowledged, lots of known as well. so they are always higher in quality.Versace bracelet
The worse company to buy from. They don't even know my order number. Still trying to confirm my order .
It was for my fiance gift and now is ruined because customer service can't speak English and think it's funny that my order has not arrived.
I will never shop with them .
Please be aware of these guys there not legit.

I’ve had a very bad experience with this brand I don’t recommend it at all.I had Bought trainers and they sent me another size so I called for a refund and I send back the item only for them to not only blame me, lie about the refund and the customer service was probably the worst I’ve encountered.I didn’t receive a refund until I opened a case with pay pal, if you do plan on buying from then just make sure that you use pay pal.(

This company used to be great, but not the shipping is incredibly slow and expensive.
The pricing is often more than shopping direct with the brand.
The customer service is disgusting, rude, and offensive.
Be careful about the cards you have registered on your account as money may be taken from them unrelated to your order.
If your package is lost it is your fault.

I liked Ssense until the recent issue with my order.
I placed the order ending with 8404 on December 30 around 10 AM EST. The order status has been freezing with no update. I contacted customer service and I was advised that the order was being packed. Then on December 31, I placed another order with a different item, the order ending with 9654. After an hour, the second order changed from Received to Processing while the status of the first order was still Received. I contacted customer service and got rudely agents. The agents could not answer why the second order changed the status but not the first one. The first agent used the word “I told you...” like I was an idiot. I rated bad for the second agent and I got this reply “I saw you rated me bad...”
Ssense, I am a Canadian. I want to support domestic business but you have a terrible customer service team. At the time writing this review, the first order’s status has not been updated at all, Received. The second order’s status changes to Shipped. This does not make sense to me.
Updated Jan 2, 2021: the reply I got from CS was that they’d ship out within 3 business days. This is not truth. This is the info on Ssense website “ Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.” This is what I am talking about. CS agents do not even know what the company’s policies are. How could they help customers?
Jan 4, 2020: I was informed that there might be an issue with the stock after multiple checking with CS agents. I contacted CS multiple time from morning to afternoon, all of them assured me that there was no issue with the order. Then in the evening, an agent told me there might be stock issue. They would contact the warehouse and got back to me. It would take 48 business hours for the warehouse to respond. Unfortunately, I cancelled the order because I felt like Ssense did not honest to me as a customer and Ssense did not appreciate my business.Order 707912767084
Order arrived after a very long time, moldy, with greenish spots all over. Safety hazard!! Customer service is terrible, declined to help me, even threatened me to close dispute and involve their safety department. I have already contacted my lawyer.

They send you dirty used items and claim you caused. Super gross.
What a horrible company with bad quality control. Do not recommend. Beware. Shady.
