I sold a watch through this company not long ago. Everything started off well, but it took longer than I thought to get paid for my watch. Like some other people have mentioned in their reviews, I also had to wait for the money from my item. It was really annoying not getting any replies to my emails and being told on the phone that I'd be paid soon when that didn't happen. I don't see the point in keeping a customer's money for so long, it just causes them stress and upset. Eventually, after waiting for quite a while, the money did come through, thanks to the support team and one person in particular called Maurizio.
