Quick and easy purchase
The website was really easy to use, and I liked that the price included taxes, import fees, and shipping. I decided to pick up the watch in person at one of their lounges, which turned out to be a brilliant idea because they adjusted the bracelet for free. The delivery to the lounge was quick, and booking an appointment was simple. Mr. Chubarov, who assisted me after I made the purchase and delivered the watch, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He clearly knew a lot about watches and shared some fascinating facts about the watch's history. The watch itself was even better than I expected, and the price was very competitive. All in all, it was a brilliant experience.
Purchase of a popular watch at a great discount
I had a really great experience with Chronext. I managed to buy a watch that was in high demand at a big discount, which I couldn't find anywhere else. I had a fantastic time buying my luxury watch from Chronext. Everything went really smoothly with my order, and Valentino who helped me out with customer service was excellent. Recently, I bought a watch from Chronext and I must say, it was a pretty good experience. The only thing was, the watch wasn't adjusted to fit my wrist like I asked, but it wasn't a big problem for me. I wanted to get myself a new watch and thought I'd give Chronext a shot since I couldn't easily get to an authorised dealer. The sales rep I spoke to was really responsive and polite, which I liked. However, there were a few things that bothered me about the whole experience. Firstly, the shipping process wasn't great. The package was passed from one courier to another, and for four days, the tracking information didn't update, which made me a bit worried. When the watch finally arrived, I noticed that the strap was a bit creased and the Nomos envelope that should have been with it was missing from the leather case. Despite these small issues, they did include a dealer-signed warranty card, and the watch itself has been keeping good time within COSC tolerance after two weeks of use. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I think it's important for other customers to know about these things before ordering from Chronext.

I sold a watch through this company not long ago. Everything started off well, but it took longer than I thought to get paid for my watch. Like some other people have mentioned in their reviews, I also had to wait for the money from my item. It was really annoying not getting any replies to my emails and being told on the phone that I'd be paid soon when that didn't happen. I don't see the point in keeping a customer's money for so long, it just causes them stress and upset. Eventually, after waiting for quite a while, the money did come through, thanks to the support team and one person in particular called Maurizio.
