Hire car experience
I hired a car for my trip around the UK and dropped it off at Gatwick airport. Even though the people at Alamo said the car was fine, they ended up taking a lot of money from my card without telling me. I was really worried about the way Alamo handled things - they didn't keep me in the loop and didn't explain why they were charging me so much.
