    Hotel booking in Cancun

    My experience with the company was really disappointing. I had booked a hotel in Cancun for January 2018 and had a lot of problems with paying. I tried to pay the deposit with both my Master Card and Visa, but ended up with a pending payment and no confirmation from them. They told me to do a wire transfer for the full amount, which I did, but they still didn't say they got my payment. I tried to call and email them many times, but they never got back to me. Instead, I kept getting automatic emails asking for payment for the booking. This left me feeling frustrated and like they weren't being professional at all.
