Travel insurance policy
My partner and I bought travel insurance from this company for our holiday, but things went south when my partner got food poisoning. When we tried to make a claim, we just kept hitting walls with the whole process. We gave them everything they needed, yet they kept asking for more. It was like a never-ending loop of back and forth. The whole ordeal left us feeling really annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
