Unexpected fees
I was really surprised when Lux Surveys told me that they only pay out through PayPal, but I don't actually have a PayPal account. Because of this, I'd end up having to pay quite a bit in fees just to get my earnings. This policy doesn't seem very fair and could be a big problem for customers who don't use PayPal. It's annoying to think that there might be sneaky fees hiding in something that should be simple and easy.

Smartwatch for safety
The smartwatch was a bit touchy at first, but once I tweaked the settings, it's been spot on. It's a relief to know that if I took a tumble, help would be on hand. Plus, the design is sleek and subtle, doesn't scream emergency alarm.
