this website is terrible, their description of the product was fake !
I bought a hair masque Sebastian and they DESCRIBE IT LIKE a masque but they sent me the shampoo and when I asked for the masque they don't have it, they can't even change it .
i asked for the refund but they did not answer about that , finally they say that if the product is not opened and bla bla bla I can send it back but I have to pay for the return fees and they can reimburse till 11 €
It is not fair, they did the mistake but they don t take responsability of it, they should have reimburse me ! never again
