Plants, weak, customer service
This year, I've bought quite a few plants from this company. Usually, I would've given them top marks for their products and services. However, this year has been a bit disappointing. Some of the younger plants they sent me were quite fragile and spindly, unlike before when everything thrived. Sadly, many of these plants haven't lasted long in my garden. I can only guess that the weather, especially the lack of sunshine here in Scotland, might have affected their health. When I contacted their customer service about this problem, it took them over a week to get back to me. On a more cheerful note, the dahlia tubers I bought are doing really well. They're flourishing, unlike our economy, which I hope will improve soon.
