I recently left a 2-star review but I'm happy to report that my most recent encounter with this company has completely changed my mind. At first, I had a bit of a rough time due to the lack of products and how my complaint was handled. But since then, there's been a big improvement in both the range of products available and the customer service provided by the company. The way Tropicfeel sorted out my previous issue and improved their stock situation has completely won me over. Now I see why everyone was singing their praises. I'd definitely suggest giving them another try.
