I recently bought something from the Hockey Factory Shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The customer service team was excellent, they gave me some other options when my first choice wasn't available. The hockey stick arrived quickly without any problems, which was great. And when a small issue came up after it was delivered, the customer service team dealt with it quickly and professionally. I'll definitely be going back because of the fantastic service I received. Plus, they have a wide variety of products at good prices, so it's a great place for all hockey fans.
