Special holiday blouse purchase
I recently bought a lovely blouse for a special holiday from this store. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the delivery as the item got stuck in transit for seven days. I know these things can happen, so I contacted customer service for help. I was really impressed by how quickly they got back to me and how willing they were to assist. They arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away, making sure it would arrive the next day. The level of care and service they provided was truly outstanding, it went above and beyond what I expected. It was my first time shopping with this brand, but after this experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
