Eveningwear orders
I recently bought three orders of Eveningwear from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the clothes. As someone who has recently lost weight and needed to update my wardrobe, I found the sizing and styles to be perfect for my new figure. I loved the attention to detail and how luxurious the clothes felt. On top of that, the customer service I got was amazing. Even though there were some issues with a missing order from a different courier, the staff at this company were really patient and understanding. Debbie, especially, was really nice to deal with and handled the situation really well. She quickly sorted out a refund for the missing order and made sure to use a different delivery service in the future. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer and I will definitely be buying more things from them in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had a great experience with customer service at this place. I had an issue with a return item and got in touch with Debbie from customer service. She was really quick in responding and efficiently sorted out the problem so I could get my refund on time. Compared to other companies, the customer service here was top-notch. To make matters worse, the store only offered an email address for customer support, which added to my frustration. Eventually, the customer service team got in touch to say sorry and give me updates on when they'd have more stock, but the lack of communication at the start and relying on third-party couriers like Evri/Hermes made me question their service.

My clothes arrived all ripped up because of that delivery company Evri. I got in touch with Ro&Zo and they sorted it out quickly. Debbie even let me know that they were sending new ones express. I received my new stuff the very next day. I'm so pleased they dealt with it promptly and so well.
Tops, poor quality and creased
I ordered two tops recently and I have to say I was really disappointed. One of them was poor quality and arrived extremely creased. I sent it back on June 6th and the company got it on June 8th. But, I still haven't got my refund for it. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and not being able to find a contact number to sort this out quickly. If this is how they deal with returns, I won't be buying from them again.
Boss's returns, great help
Mate, the staff at that shop are incredible! I had to take back some things for my boss and they were so lovely and really helpful. They answered my queries really fast and were so polite and knowledgeable. They followed through with everything they promised, which is not that common these days. Big up Debbie, she definitely deserves a cream cake!
