My experience with DayBreakHotels was booking a day room at a hotel in Miami Beach. When I arrived, there was no reservation in the system, which caused a delay in getting the room. The hotel kept saying the room would be ready 'soon,' but it took over two hours. When I contacted DayBreakHotels customer service, they blamed the hotel for not updating their system in real-time. However, the hotel blamed the third-party booking. This lack of accountability left me caught in the middle with no clear resolution.
