Silly me I've ordered articles from Carethy for more than 250 CHF.
I should have checked the ratings on Facebook and here on Trustpilot.
There was a late in the delivery while the communication was terrible. They kept answering bullsh*t answers while I still didn't get the articles. Then they said one of the articles is out of stock, although it was shown as available on their page. I change the order and I was still waiting and waiting...
At the end I was one of the lucky guys as finally I got the modified order.
But the value of the modified order was 18 CHF less than the original so I requested partial refund. And mailed them again and again and again... Even if I received answer it was either automated or a simple bullsh*t, referring to technical issues in their payment system... Of course....
Now I've been waiting for the refund for 1 Month, still nothing. Obviously I reported them to my credit card issuer company....
Don't trust this company, never ever ever ever order from them.....
