Pull on jeans
I have just spent several hours over 2 days in an attempt to return items that were not suitable.
I live in France and returns are now all returns are done electronically with La Poste The cost was £16.75.
Unfortunately because of this I shall not be ordering anything anytime soon because of the difficulty in returning items.
Shame really as your clothes are good quality.
