Bicycle pick up booking
I was really let down that I couldn't book a pickup for my Bicycle through the app anymore. Booking on the phone took ages, which was quite frustrating. I wasn't happy with the limited choices and how time-consuming the phone booking system was. The driver was fantastic, hence the 5-star rating, but the whole booking process was just not up to scratch.
