Shower resin tray purchase
I bought a resin shower tray from this company because of their good prices and simple ordering process. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, I found a small chip in the tray after the plumber had already installed it. When I contacted the company about it, they didn't want to take responsibility for the damage. This has left me feeling disappointed, and I won't be using their services again in case they are selling damaged goods.
