Bathroom and kitchen wares
After being aware from home for many years, missing mum and dad, on visiting them, I met many things that had gone bad and needed repairs. Example was kitchen cabinets and bathroom wares. Toilet seat, water taps, sinks and more were bad and needed replacement. I knew if the things are fixed, it could help make them live better and longer. Besides, they needed comfort as much as they could get at the age. I had just few days to stay and I wanted to ensure everything was done properly within the available days. So who could do the work? Ergonomic Design happened to be the one who had the pedigree to deliver both in terms of supplies and installations. Deal was agreed and work started. At the end, it was a happy moment for mum, dad and everybody. Thumbs up to Ergonomic Design.

I recently bought some bathroom furniture from Ergonomic Design and I have to say, I was really pleased with my whole experience. I was a bit unsure at first after reading a few reviews, but the prices were so good that I decided to take the plunge and place an order. I was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived right on schedule and in tip-top condition. The way they packed everything securely in the van for delivery really impressed me, making sure that nothing got broken during transit. I'm absolutely chuffed with my new furniture and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality pieces.
Faucet purchase
I recently had a really good experience with Ergonomic Design. James, who works there, was great when it came to customer service. He went out of his way to sort out a duplication mistake I made with an order, and he did it all by email. It was nice to have that personal touch, especially after dealing with all those boring automated emails and chatbots. I actually found Ergonomic Design by accident while looking for some new taps, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the different products they had on offer, and the prices were pretty good too. I'll definitely be going back to Ergonomic Design in the future.
High-quality ergonomic office chair
The customer service at this shop is absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and helped me choose the best ergonomic office chair for me. The quality of the product is fantastic, and I can already tell it's going to make a big difference. Even though the box was a bit battered by the delivery guy, the chair was well protected inside and arrived in perfect condition. I haven't set it up yet, but I'm sure it will be easy. I'm really impressed with Ergonomic Design and will definitely be telling my friends and co-workers about them.
Shower bits purchase
I recently bought some shower accessories from this company and I am really pleased with how it all went. The service I received was top-notch. The quality of the products was even better than I expected, and I really liked how well-packed everything was. New toilet purchase
I bought a new toilet from this company not long ago, but I'm really disappointed with it. The toilet seat keeps moving every time someone sits down, even though a bathroom fitter tried to fix it several times. It's obvious that they used low-quality materials when making it.
Standing Desk Converter
I got this standing desk converter from the store and honestly, it's really good quality. But, let me tell you, the instructions they gave were terrible. I struggled so much to put it together because the diagrams in the manual were useless, especially for the runner bars. I had to try all possible combinations before I got it sorted! Plus, that corner design is just odd, it's like an open box and it's going to be a nightmare to clean properly. It's also a waste of space! To top it off, some parts arrived scratched which was disappointing.

Basin
I bought a basin from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really let down by it. The quality is really lacking - there are marks in the glaze and it's so flimsy. On top of that, the waste hole wasn't even, so fitting it was a nightmare. I thought I'd get better quality for the price I paid. All in all, I'm really not happy with my purchase and wouldn't suggest this product to anyone else.

I recently bought a chair which was really nice. The delivery charges were a bit of a downer though. The staff at the warehouse were friendly and really helped me out. However, I think they could improve their email communication.

I get that deliveries can be delayed, but it would be nice if they could keep me more informed about what's going on with my order. Bathroom vanity unit purchase
I recently bought a bathroom vanity unit from this company for a full bathroom makeover. Unfortunately, after it was installed, I realised it was starting to de-laminate. I got in touch with the company and they told me that the manufacturer blamed water getting in as the cause of the problem and said I would need to cover the cost for a new unit. I was really let down by their answer because bathroom worktops are supposed to be able to handle water and high humidity.
