    Moving house internet transfer

    I attempted to move my internet service to my new house, but the person I was chatting with in customer service disappeared after saying they'd be back in a minute. I was told I couldn't transfer my service and needed to cancel it and start a new account. I tried calling the number given several times, but couldn't get through. In the end, I was hit with a £112 cancellation fee. They did give me another number to call, but it didn't seem to be the right one. I'm really let down by the poor customer service and lack of communication.
