Customer service experience
I wanted to share my recent experience at the store with you. I had the pleasure of speaking to a staff member, Mrs. Oral, who really impressed me. She was so knowledgeable, polite, and really paid attention to my needs. Not only did she give me all the information I was after, but she also made the whole thing easy and enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and cares about making customers happy. I'm so grateful for her great service.
