Oh my goodness, I had such a terrible experience with this insurance company. They accused me of something that never even happened, it's outrageous. Even after sending someone to inspect my car and finding nothing wrong, they still haven't closed the case after 9 whole months. They claimed the cost was over £5000, can you believe it? I'm so frustrated and confused. I really expected them to resolve this much sooner. When I contacted them for answers, they just kept transferring me to different people and then put me in a 48-hour queue. It's so frustrating, why couldn't they have just helped me immediately? So annoying. Ended up finding a much better and cheaper insurance policy elsewhere, goodbye Marshmallow, you won't see any more of my money.
