Review about: Shaw Academy

You get way too many emails and text off several different numbers that are irrelevant to the actual learning, and they constantly ask you to buy a toolkit even tho I have all the things from it but it keeps coming up no matter how often I click no thanks.
I also struggled in the classroom as could not pause or rewind the video to amend my notes which was a nightmare for actual trying to learn as couldn’t make notes to go back and read after class. And this wasn’t because it was live it was a pre-recorded video so there’s no reason I shouldn’t have been able to pause it.
Also the message system was difficult to use as could only talk to my classmates if Shaw Academy’s AI decided it couldn’t answer my question which meant I couldn’t interact with them very well and even when the AI did answer my questions it wasn’t very in tune with the learning or question I asked.
The content of the lesson however was good if they could just fix these issues to make it easier to be involved with the lesson and make it easier to make notes.
