Ordered clothes
I've recently bought some clothes from this company, but I've not had a great experience, to be honest. As soon as I made my order, I saw that they'd taken the money from my account, even before letting me know the items had been sent out. I tried emailing them a few times, but got no reply and no updates about where my order was at. It was all a bit annoying and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. In the end, I had to get my bank involved to sort out getting my money back.
