Flight booking experience
I recently booked a flight through this platform, but all my interactions were with a different company. The flight I booked had a layover, but due to a schedule change, I was left with barely any time for the transfer. Despite providing evidence that online check-in was not possible, I kept getting advised to check-in online anyway, leading to a stressful situation. The lack of assistance and understanding from the customer service team was disappointing, especially considering I had paid for extra protection against cancellations and changes. Overall, dealing with this company has been a nightmare.
