T-shirts in wrong size
I bought some t-shirts from this shop not long ago and they turned out to be a different size than what's typical in my country. Dealing with the return has been really tough because of the expensive custom fees involved, which has almost made it impossible to send the items back. The customer service wasn't great either, with them promising that the problem would be fixed in the future but not really helping with the problem right now. My overall experience was pretty disappointing and I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you think you might need to exchange or return anything.

Tricolor leather shoes
I absolutely love the tricolor leather shoes I bought from Girotti Shoes! When I first put them on, they were a bit stiff around the ankles, but they've really softened up with each wear. The tricolor design is so unique and really shows off the craftsmanship of these shoes - they're definitely the best-looking pair I've ever had! I'm starting a new job soon, and these shoes give me a real sense of confidence and style. Even though they're handcrafted from lovely leather, the delivery was surprisingly quick. I am so impressed with the quality and design of these shoes, and I can't wait to order more from Girotti Shoes in the future.
