Faulty item return
I wanted to share my experience with returning a faulty item to that company. Honestly, I was really let down by the whole process. The online form didn't even give me an address to send the item back, and on top of that, I had to fork out for the postage! It was a complete hassle and made it so hard for me to get my refund or replacement sorted out.
