Golf buggy and ramp
In my earlier post I gave them a very bad report. I now believe they were not ready for the lock down so it was difficult to get in touch with them. They are now up and running, they phoned me today and offered me a full refund. I came to a satisfactory arrangement I will now keep the scooter and use it for my disability and home use. Alex who phoned me was very polite and helpful. I do hope they manage to get there very good name back again.

Golf buggy and ramp
Golf buggy arrived rather late, but not the one I ordered, and will not fit in my car. Emailed them dozens of times and got no answer. They said they working from home, so just why haven't emails been diverted to them? Got a buggy at equal value which I will use at home for my disability. Ramp never arrived so I guess I am out of pocket by £99. I cannot now find the scooter I ordered on their site. In fact they are giving me the impression they have gone out of business.!!!!!!!
UKSPORTSIMPORTS are back up and running Alex phoned and offered me a full refund its all been a covid 19 night mare for everyone. The scooter they sent will not fit in my car but will make a good disability scooter for home use. A very satisfactory out come. I am now giving them 5 star because they are doing their best to sort out all customers problems

My Ramp arrived this morning and all our differences now been resolved. Took time but now quite happy with the out come. Now up grading to 3 star.
