UPDATE.
Update: I bought the online Green Card course and card package, when the log in details did not arrive i call CHL and all the same issues come to fruition, on hold, evasive, etc etc. So i asked for a refund of the £264.00 i had paid which in the end lead to them cutting the call. Shortly afterwards I issued a claim in the Small Claims Court , it wasn't after that I received a call for a person calling himself Nick, who tried to explain it had all been a misunderstanding and that they would refund me, which they did minus the £25 court fees. So my advice is use the Small Claims Court as I think they are trying to avoid CCJ's on their company house records, and it should get you a positive result.
