Birthday gift watch
I'm really gutted about my recent experience. I thought I was getting a lovely watch for my wife's birthday, but it turned out to be a complete let-down with broken promises and no stock available. The company took my money and left me hanging for ages without any updates on my delivery, which pushed me to eventually cancel my order and look elsewhere for a better service. And to top it off, I'm still waiting for my refund which is taking forever to come through. It's really frustrating.
