Defective sofa, delivery issue, Michelle P
I bought a sofa from this shop not long ago and, sadly, when it was delivered, I noticed that one of the legs wasn't quite right. But, Michelle P really went the extra mile to sort it out. She took a good look at all the photos I sent showing the problem and not only offered a fair compensation, but also refunded the delivery fee. Her fantastic customer service and determination to fix things quickly made the whole situation much easier for me to deal with.
