Sofa set
I recently bought a sofa set from this company and I must say, I am really impressed. The customer service was excellent - Michelle was incredibly helpful and professional. When my sofa set arrived, I noticed that one of the seat areas was sloping, but Michelle went above and beyond to sort it out. She kept in touch with me constantly, giving me a call instead of just sending an email, which I really liked. After a technician came to check it out, it was discovered that there was a fault in one part of the sofa, and Michelle arranged for a replacement sofa to be delivered within a few days. New sofa purchase
I recently bought a new sofa and I'm really impressed with how it looks and how comfy it is. There was a bit of a delay in delivery because the vehicle changed, and when it finally arrived, there was a small mark on it from the journey. But thanks to the amazing customer service, especially from Amy, they sorted it out quickly. Amy organised for a technician to come and get rid of the mark, and now my sofa looks as good as new. I'm really impressed with how fast and efficient they were in dealing with the issue. They turned what could have been a bad situation into a good one. I just swapped my sofa with Sofa Club, and I have to say, their customer service was top-notch. Chelsea right hand corner sofa
We got the Chelsea right hand corner sofa and it does look nice, but it's not that comfy, to be honest. We had to chuck some extra cushions on there to make it a bit more bearable. Also, the delivery ended up being 5 hours late, which was a proper pain. But, in all fairness, the delivery team were dead polite and friendly, and they put the sofa together really quickly and efficiently.
Defective sofa, delivery issue, Michelle P

I was really excited to get a new sofa for my bedroom. But the delivery service ended up being terrible - they came really late and expected me to have the sofa left outside! Like, seriously? And on top of that, they didn't even bother to unpack or set it up for me. So disappointing!
