Bought a table tennis table...handled very carefully always returning it to it's original packaging...only used a couple of times...broke within a year hence still under warranty...they took 2 months to respond to emails and now deny responsibility.

MAT HAS 2 HOLES IN IT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM JUST BEING IGNORED
14 ft trampoline arrived with holes in mat horrible .
No response no nothing horrible customer service.
Ir was my 4 year old birthday present.
