purchased a bed
I recently got a new bed from Cuddly Beds, and it arrived in a terrible condition! The headboard was all damaged, and I've been waiting for so long to get a replacement. The communication with them is really bad, I constantly have to chase them for updates. The delivery guys keep making mistakes, and even though they promised a refund, it never came through. Jay is the only one who actually talks to me, but he doesn't seem to care much. I tried asking for a manager's help, but got no response at all. The service is absolutely terrible, I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all!
