    Easy to order, prompt delivery and good price. However after just 3 months (summer) use boots leaked. Contacted customer services who answered promptly telling me that I could return boots to them for inspection - could take 4 weeks! So i have had to resort to wearing plastic boots in leaky boots until i can get another pair of wellues. Needless to say i will not purchase from this firm again and will never buy Barbour again. Boots not fit for purpose.

    Philip Morris do have an efficient returns service and the turn around can take a week to process on average. All items have a 1 year warranty and Philip Morris do have their own testing proceedures but unfortunately if warranty credits or refunds are required from Barbour then unfortunately Barbour can take 4 weeks in the current COVID situation. Often Barbour will be quicker than this, but it would be unfair to say less than 4 weeks when inspection time is unknown as it also depends on the fault. Fault rates are very low with Barbour products but like all brands faults can happen from time to time. We're very sorry your boots have a fault and you're welcome to return them at a time that best suits you within the 1 year warranty.
