Airport Hotel booking with exclusion of parking
I recently booked a one-night stay at the Holiday Express Inn at Luton Airport through a well-known travel comparison website. However, I was disappointed to find out that parking was not included in the price I paid. I tried reaching out to both the hotel and the booking company to sort it out, but I just got unhelpful responses and no solution. I feel deceived and annoyed with how unclear the booking page was about the parking. It would have been much better if they had clearly shown the option to add parking during the booking.
