Oversized garment
I bought a too-big piece of clothing from this shop and it didn't fit as expected. So, I decided to return it. However, the return process wasn't smooth - there were delays in confirming the return and giving me my money back. They even asked me to hold off on sending it back, which made me worry about how they run things. Eventually, I got my item back but the lack of updates and slow refund left me feeling let down. It wasn't worth all the trouble, so I'd recommend being careful when buying from them.
