I got my online order the other day and the stuff was all broken when it got here. The plates I bought as a present came smashed into loads of pieces. When I talked to customer service about it, they said I had to send back the broken stuff in the same box to get a refund. But I don't have a car to move it and it's really heavy and could break even more.

I made an online purchase recently and was let down by how long it took for my items to arrive. I had ordered quite a few things and the delivery was way later than I thought it would be. It was a bit of a shame really, especially as I had such high expectations due to the brand's good reputation. Thin, see-through t-shirts
I recently ordered a couple of basic crew-neck t-shirts online because they were recommended on a magazine website. The delivery and return process went smoothly, no complaints there. However, when I got the t-shirts, I was a bit let down because the material was really thin, especially in the white one which was see-through. Also, the cut of the t-shirts was very straight and shapeless, not really flattering my curves. It seems like I'm still on the hunt for the perfect t-shirt for me.
Expensive coat with poor quality pockets
I recently splashed out £250 on a coat from this shop, hoping it would be a long-lasting and stylish addition to my wardrobe. But, to be honest, I was really let down by the pockets - they kept tearing and falling apart, which meant I couldn't use them properly and my stuff kept falling out. I've picked up better-quality clothes for way less money from fast-fashion stores!
When I tried reaching out to their customer service for some help, all they did was tell me to go back to the store - there was no online support available. It was a bit of a pain for me because I'm always on the go and don't really have time to travel back and forth to a physical store just to sort out some quality issues. Lengthy delivery times
I must say, ordering from this place has been really disappointing. The delivery times are just terrible, especially considering the high shipping fee for small orders. It's frustrating to see how out of sync this brand is with other high street stores. Personally, I've never got my orders in less than a week, and they often arrive late without any good reason. I tried everything - different devices, web browsers, and cards - but I just couldn't buy anything in the end.

I was really chuffed to get my shoes delivered in top notch condition and looking just like they did on the website. At first, I had my doubts coz the price was so low, thought it might be a con, but turns out it was a cracking deal. Found the same shoes on Amazon, so was well relieved that it wasn't some dodgy advert after all.

I bought some things online and was expecting them to arrive within 3-4 days. But they never showed up, which was a real pain because I needed them for my holiday. It was really annoying and inconvenient because the item was obviously not in a condition to be resold. I think they should have just given me a replacement or refunded me without making me send the damaged item back. I love coffee a lot and I so wanted to have a coffee maker in my house, I talked to my husband and we agreed to get one. So I started searching for where I could get one of great quality and at an affordable rate. I came across Arket and after much consideration, I decided to shop from them. Because I was impressed with what I saw on their page I had to order a microwave oven too. It was delivered to me within a few days and they were exactly what I wanted.
