    Damaged product arrival

    I got my online order the other day and the stuff was all broken when it got here. The plates I bought as a present came smashed into loads of pieces. When I talked to customer service about it, they said I had to send back the broken stuff in the same box to get a refund. But I don't have a car to move it and it's really heavy and could break even more.

    Thin, see-through t-shirts

    I recently ordered a couple of basic crew-neck t-shirts online because they were recommended on a magazine website. The delivery and return process went smoothly, no complaints there. However, when I got the t-shirts, I was a bit let down because the material was really thin, especially in the white one which was see-through. Also, the cut of the t-shirts was very straight and shapeless, not really flattering my curves. It seems like I'm still on the hunt for the perfect t-shirt for me.

    Expensive coat with poor quality pockets

    I recently splashed out £250 on a coat from this shop, hoping it would be a long-lasting and stylish addition to my wardrobe. But, to be honest, I was really let down by the pockets - they kept tearing and falling apart, which meant I couldn't use them properly and my stuff kept falling out. I've picked up better-quality clothes for way less money from fast-fashion stores!

    When I tried reaching out to their customer service for some help, all they did was tell me to go back to the store - there was no online support available. It was a bit of a pain for me because I'm always on the go and don't really have time to travel back and forth to a physical store just to sort out some quality issues.     I bought some really expensive clothes from this company not too long ago, and I have to admit I am really disappointed. They said on their website that my order would arrive within 4-5 working days, but it's been six days now and they haven't even sent it out yet.     My recent experience with the digital shopping system was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I had so many problems trying to buy something. At first, my Visa Infinite card wouldn't work, and then my friend's Revolut card had no luck either. I also tried to change my country settings but that option seemed to be broken. On top of that, the cache was playing up, making me add things to my basket over and over because of tech glitches. When I used the desktop site, it was really slow when I tried to add lots of items, but the mobile site was fine. And to add to the mess, using Klarna for payment was also a problem. I tried everything - different devices, web browsers, and cards - but I just couldn't buy anything in the end.

So I started searching for where I could get one of great quality and at an affordable rate. I came across Arket and after much consideration, I decided to shop from them. Because I was impressed with what I saw on their page I had to order a microwave oven too. It was delivered to me within a few days and they were exactly what I wanted. I loved their product and will definitely shop from them again whenever I need any of the items that they sell. I recommend Arket to anyone looking to buy quality homeware, clothing, and accessories.
