    I bought a Snowboard Helmet and Snowboard Goggles

    Worst customer service ever experienced, no help or suggestions from anyone in the company.

    I ordered a snowboard helmet- and some glasses for a 6 month working experience as a snowboard instructor in Japan. (Order nr:)

    On the website they promise 2-4 delivery days, and today, two weeks after I got my order-confirmation, I haven't received anything regarding my order. The equipment is needed for my work, and I'm pretty devastated now, that I'm most likely to leave without the gear I wish to wear.

    I tried to write, I tried to call, and I was promised you would call back the same day I finally got in touch with you, and you left me with nothing, no matter whom I talked to. None of you would take responsibility for the mistakes that were made and instead, you ask me to contact another Blue Tomato store- again without any luck or answer... You haven't even offered me any form of refund or return. You don't answer back on my emails. and you didn't want to cooperate, when I offered to pay for express delivery, although I think that's the least YOU can do as a big company like Blue Tomato. And now that I see all the other bad reviews on your company, I really regret to have put my faith and money in company like yours, where customers and service obviously don't mean anything.
