    Thrasher long sleevr T and sweatshirt

    I ordered a long sleeve T and a Thrasher sweatshirt. Turned up late but followed by an email offering me a 10EUR voucher for the delay. Then the problem started. The sweatshirt had a peculiar hole on the front. It was about an inch long but had all the connecting threads intact, (hard to describe in words). I took photos and sent an email asking how to proceed with a return. The reply was shocking.
    ' From the photo we can not say that the damage was there when the sweater came to you, it could be that the damage happened while you wore the hoodie.
    We can offer you a 20,00 EUR voucher for your next purchase with us with no minimum order value or expiration date. PLease let us know if that would be ok for you.'
    I said I wasn't interested in a voucher, just a replacement. Then they started asking for tags etc. to initiate the return. I no longer had the tags. Why this would matter is beyond me as the item isn't saleable. Now they're asking me to pay return postage and they will see what Thrasher can do.
    Customer service is bad at best.
