Flooring for my bedroom
I phoned up the store last week to sort out a mistake with my delivery and I spoke to this guy called Brady. He was really helpful in getting my account and order all sorted, giving me clear instructions and just being great with customer service. Then I went online and chatted with some other people who were also really helpful, and they sorted out my issue super fast and made sure the delivery date was correct. Yesterday, I had to call again because I got my measurements wrong and was missing some flooring. This time, I spoke to a guy named Hugo, who was also amazing with customer service. He fixed everything swiftly and was really patient when I had to call multiple times due to issues with the order email. Brady and Hugo are both absolute legends!
