isgusting and incompetant, as a buisness we were posting multiple items out, our business is growing and we would are good customers however after posting 2 lots of items out on the 26th February and having them never be updated on tracking for a WHOLE MONTH from the collection status, we sent out fresh products for our customers, so paid for more postage as well as our products, i filed a claim and it was approved, so i was ok with it as it covered most of our losses, and continued to use the service,
HOWEVER a whole month on the courier decides to communicate with them and update tracking so now they are rejecting my claims HAVING PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED THEM! disgusting service,
so now I'm out of pocket for my product expenses and postage, i will be taking my growing business elsewhere!
