Faulty item replacement during extended guarantee
When I had to report a faulty item within the extended guarantee period, I was really impressed by the customer service I got from the company. The staff were so nice and really understood what I was going through, they even organised a replacement to be sent out quickly. I've always gone for this brand for my small appliances because of the great service I've always had. It's not easy these days to find a company that truly values its customers. Also, their products are top quality without the expensive price tag you'd usually expect for such good items.
