    Kettle purchase

    I recently bought a kettle from Morphy Richards and I couldn't be happier with it. The quality is top-notch and it does exactly what I wanted. The design is really nice, fits in perfectly with my kitchen. The kettle works really well, boiling water quickly every single time. So far, I haven't had any problems with it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a good, reliable kettle.

    Steampro iron replacement

    My steam iron broke, so I had to get in touch with customer service. Jess was really lovely and tried to assist me, but unfortunately, they required the original receipt which I didn't have as it was a replacement for a faulty iron. Fortunately, Currys came to my rescue and I received a new iron on May 31st. Jess was helpful, but I feel like they could have been more adaptable in this particular situation.

    Replacement of faulty appliance after guarantee

    I have to admit, I was really pleased with the customer service I got from this company. When my appliance broke down just after the warranty expired, I was concerned about how much it would cost to fix or replace it. But Jessica's swift response and helpful attitude really stood out to me. She arranged for a replacement appliance without any fuss. It's great to see a company that cares about their customers even after the sale is done. Quality service like that is rare to find nowadays.

    Pan set purchase

    I was browsing online and came across these pans that had really good reviews. So, I thought why not give them a try. When they finally arrived, I was pretty excited to start cooking with them. But then, to my disappointment, I discovered that the handle on the lid is like a knob that fills up with water! It's so frustrating because I can't even hold it properly without risking burning myself. Now I have to go back to using my old pan lids instead.

    Fixed my broken steamer

    My steamer had conked out on me, which was a real bummer. Luckily, Jessica came to the rescue and sent over some instructions on how to get it up and running again! She talked me through the process and now my steamer is working perfectly. Big thanks to Jessica for saving the day!

    I got in touch with customer services the other day because my iron was playing up. I sent them an email and got really quick replies from the team, especially Emma. After a few emails back and forth, we figured out that my iron needed replacing. Emma sorted it all out quickly, and my new iron arrived this morning.     4 Slice Toaster

    My trusty old toaster gave up the ghost after faithfully serving me for 12 long years, so naturally I went out and bought a new one straight away. But I have to say, I wasn't too thrilled with this new toaster. It seemed like a real energy waster because both sides heated up even when I was only toasting one slice. And to make matters worse, there was only one timer control for both sides, so one side would end up browner than the other. Basically, I had to keep flipping the toast halfway through to get an even result.

    Faulty iron

    The iron I got from your company has been faulty from the start, but I only realised recently. When I got in touch with customer service, they said I'd get a refund of £47.99 once I sent pictures of the cut cord as they asked. But then, they told me it was a mistake and I'd only get £38.32. Emma, the customer service head, wouldn't stick to the original refund amount and blamed it on human error.

    Iron replacement part enquiry

    I got in touch with the customer service team to ask about getting a new part for my old iron that they no longer make. They got back to me quickly and told me that they don't have the part anymore. They even sent me some links to other websites where I might be able to find it, but no luck - it was out of stock everywhere.

    Even though it wasn't their fault that I couldn't get the part, they offered me a big discount on a similar iron as a goodwill gesture. They were really polite and got back to me fast every time I messaged them. It was nice to have such helpful customer service.

    Bread storage bin

    I bought this really cool bread storage bin from a shop and I absolutely love it! It does a great job of keeping my bread fresh and it looks fantastic in my kitchen next to the toaster. I got it on the 21st of June this year and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

    I had a problem with a dodgy iron I bought recently. I got in touch with customer service and was happy with how quickly they got back to me. Jessica, the lady on customer service, dealt with everything really professionally and efficiently. Just a couple of days later, I got a brand new iron, and it was even better than the one I originally had. I was really impressed by how Jessica looked after me.     When I had to report a faulty item within the extended guarantee period, I was really impressed by the customer service I got from the company. I've always gone for this brand for my small appliances because of the great service I've always had. It's not easy these days to find a company that truly values its customers.     Faulty vacuum cleaner replacement

    My hoover suddenly stopped working properly just three months before the two-year guarantee was up. Morphy Richards tried their best to figure out what was wrong and fix it, but sadly the vacuum was no longer being made so they couldn't repair it. They ended up giving me a selection of different products to choose from as a replacement, and I have to say, I was really happy with the service - it was smooth and quick.
