Parcel Delivery
Hard to know where to start. I left some headphones behind on a trip to the US. Pick up was fine. Once in the uk DHL wanted £111 customs. I filled in the forms as instructed by Parcel Hero. Contacted them for help as to how to get the payment waived and items delivered. No help at all, they just stated again and again that customs was not under their control. Spoke to DHL who explained what the forms from Parcel Hero should have stated and that they should know what to do and how to make sure this didn't happen. So what I don't know is what Parcel Hero do. They didn't even offer number to contact DHL on, literally no help at all. DHL when called were helpful bit it took a lot of calls to get the right paperwork to release the items. In future I'd recommend going straight to DHL. Parcel Hero don't actually seem to do anything other than offer an online form and take payment. Not Heroic in any way
